I am unhappy with my glasses. Can I return/exchange them ?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your glasses we will take them back within the 7 day return period. Please make sure that the glasses are not returned in a damaged/used state. Before any return, we must make the request in advance explaining the reason for return. Only after we agree otherwise returns are accepted. For orders of multiple items at least one item must be retained.
