- That the corrections of your contact lenses correspond in prescription made by a recognized professional

- That you conform to the prescribed duration of bearing

- That you controlled during the last 12 months with your specialist it contact lenses and what this professional did not advise you to give up the bearing of contact lenses

- That you were trained in the interview and the manipulation of your contact lenses and that you acquainted with manuals of the packaging

- That in case of appearance of embarrassment, you will give up immediately the bearing of lenses and that you will consult your contact lenses specialist
